Want to see how my photography looked almost 4 years ago? Welp, here we go. I’m feeling the season of giving near, and decided to give love to those weddings that gave me allll the love waaaay back when!

Let me just preface this by saying I STILL love this wedding. Yes, it is evident my style has changed a tad – but my approach has not. I’m not looking for praise or criticism. I’m not showing to educate. I’m showing because I LOVE THIS WEDDING, and it deserves to be recognized again. Plus, who doesn’t love going through archives?!

On a more personal note: this was the first wedding I felt alive. I felt like I succeeded at being a wedding photographer. It was one of the first weddings I began feeling confident in my craft. It clicked (pun intended): THIS was my career path. This wedding was when I jumped (in my head at least) from a creative side-hustle to a wedding professional.

Katie and Jeremy, I don’t know where to thank you all those years ago. Thank you for trusting me to capture your memories, and for allowing me the honor of capturing your love. I’m so glad to have watched your love deepen these past four years. Keep making everyone jealous of your beautiful dinner creations and fun adventures!  🙂 // xo
