For this beautiful wedding, let’s travel to the cutest little area of Chagrin Falls, in the middle of an Ohio summer with one amazing couple: Shannon & Ian!

These humans belong to that engagement session where the soon-to-be groom asked me at the end if he could do one specific shot re-enacting the HP moment with Harry vs Voldemort in the final battle. I died instantly from love, and since then they have tugged all my heart strings. (See below for the shot to jog your memory).

To go along with the HP theme they also got married in July (if you know you know) and it was on one of the hottest summer days.
Even so, they did not complain once.
Seriously.
From start to finish these goofballs were the CUTEST, most genuine, and lovable souls imaginable.

Tanglewood too – I must give some credit – and really to all these vendors – because it was a remarkable afternoon.

From Shannon’s bridesmaids praying over her with deep love, to Ian’s groomsmen bringing a lightness to the day.
Allllll the reception decor (including a huge canvas print of them and those twinkle lights I love) amongst that beautiful clean white, and naturally-lit reception room.
The green Ohio lush, surrounding their ceremony along with their closest family and friends.
PLUS this bridal party.

I think my favorite part of the day though was when Shannon and Ian were cutting their cake!
Ian accidentally forgot to feed his piece to Shannon 🙂 Ohhh the images from that moment still make me giggle with glee!
