It truly says something about a couple when they can plan a spectacular wedding while living in another state. Major major major props to Lauren + Ryan!
Everything from the decor (yes most made by Ryan’s dad!), to the beautifully traditional church for the ceremony, to the bridal party being troopers with our EXTREME summer heat. && When I say EXTREME SUMMER HEAT I mean extreme.
I think it is safe to say that our Ohio September felt more like Ohio in the middle of July.
In all honesty though, Cleveland when the sun is out is the place to be. The views are absolutely stunning, and you know how much I love that salt-/lake-water-breeze!! We traveled to the solstice steps in Lakewood for some bridal party portraits and also found some fun spots down by the Music Box (conveniently passing Lauren + Ryan’s old apartment overlooking the Cleveland skyline). Basically – CLEVELAND, you are ohhhhh so gorgeous!
The energy from the bridal party and the emotion behind the speeches melted my entire heart. To make it even sweeter I had two couples from my very FIRST years capturing weddings, in this wedding. To see and hear full circle how much their lives (and families) have grown was soo warming, and I loved every second!
At the end of the night we took one large selfie picture of all their fantastic loved ones! Ending the evening just reiterating how these two are incredibly cared for!
Lauren + Ryan: THANK YOU for having me capture such a perfect day!!
