If I could put this wedding into one word it would be somewhere along the lines of “emotional”. I’m not sure if I cried more or my husband. Nevertheless, it’s evident when you have a bond with the bride and groom like we did, the day explodes with meaning and feels. So let’s begin: RosaLia and Bailey’s Sheraton Suites Wedding in Akron, Ohio.

We have to go back a bit to when I met these two in Columbus for their Engagement Session. Woody joined me and we all frolicked around the area chatting about travel and life and love of music. The bond they showed me that day exuded kindness and love. Fast forward to their actual wedding day?

Their day was incredible. Full of emotion, magic, with touches of personal elements. They did a first “touch” outside the church, had Bailey’s sister sing during the ceremony, and even popped some champagne on a grassy lawn. This all ended at a reception at the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls. This ballroom is a perfect space to mold. They decorated with the hints of gold to colorful pops in the florals, a cookie table and even string lights. (Also, note the Star Wars Grooms cake topper, because Woody and I were geeking out!) Emotion poured out from every guest (including myself!) during the toasts and special parent dances.
