South Bend, Indiana Wedding | Allie & Frankie

When Allie and Frankie inquired about their South Bend, Indiana wedding, photography was one of the first vendors they booked! It’s always an honor when couples reach out and ask about my schedule, but this felt a little extra special. Truly, any couple that trusts me to capture their memories when travel is involved is a beautiful thing.

South Bend is full of beautiful spaces to celebrate love. These two chose the location not only because it is where they met but also where Frankie grew up. Each spot we visited had an important impact on their relationship. From the Grotto at the University of Notre Dame to the park around the corner from Frankie’s childhood home, to even an Oyster Bar parking lot – everywhere paid homage to South Bend. Their reception venue is part of the Morris Performing Arts Center, and the architecture alone for this Palais Royale “Theater” hit every dream factor. The church they chose also had a few hundred beautifully historic features. Case in point: South Bend is worthy of a visit.

Being given the opportunity to witness such an important city through the eyes of so much love was invigorating! These two share an enormous heart, and every attendee of their day attested to that.
