Mary is a beautiful soul. I wanted to start this post off with that statement, because she truly shines. She is not only kind & humble, but she is a light to anyone around her. I knew this a long time ago, when I first met the Neff family in grade school, but it became even more evident when we had our last pre-wedding meeting. I went to say goodbye, she gave me an engulfing hug & whispered in my ear “I so appreciate you.” Sure, it could be something said to everyone, but she spoke with the feeling that she meant every ounce of what she said. She cares for every single person she meets, and that in itself is an understatement. From our wedding prep to her entire wedding day she showcased not only the beautiful happy emotion many brides do, but the appreciation for everyone in the process. Every guest, family member, vendor, etc.

It was an immense honor to capture her day for that purpose alone.

But I haven’t even discussed Pat! Who equally shows just as much dedication, appreciation and love as Mary. She could not have found a better match for her soul. I honestly believe that one thousand percent. They had a perfect ceremony (almost forgetting to exchange the rings!) at St. V in Akron, then we captured some fun photos at Stan Hywett down the street before departing to Mary’s childhood home for a breathtaking backyard reception. Every aspect of the day was photo worthy, and I know I may have given them way too many – but my shutter was just too happy to stop!
